Custom Embroidery

We offer custom embroidery when you want a finish that reads premium and lasts for years. Stitched thread gives logos a textured, dimensional look that elevates polos, outerwear, caps, and corporate gear. Based in Traverse City, we handle everything from a single embroidered jacket to full team orders for businesses across Northern Michigan and teams nationwide.

Best for

Where embroidery is the right call.

Corporate and uniform apparel

Polos, button-downs, and jackets look sharp and professional with a stitched left-chest logo.

Caps, bags, and heavier fabrics

Embroidery sits beautifully on structured and textured materials where print can struggle.

Anything meant to last

Thread does not crack or fade the way some prints can — it is built for longevity.

The process

How embroidery works.

Digitize the logo

Your artwork is converted into a stitch file that maps every thread path.

Match the threads

Thread colors are matched to your brand and loaded to the machine.

Stitch onto the garment

The design is stitched directly into the fabric for a durable, raised finish.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does my logo work for embroidery?
Clean logos with bold shapes embroider beautifully. Very fine detail, thin text, or smooth gradients are harder to reproduce in thread — we will review your art and flag anything that needs simplifying.
Is embroidery more expensive than printing?
It is priced by stitch count rather than color, so larger or denser designs cost more. For premium apparel and lasting logos it is usually well worth it; we will quote your specific piece.
What garments work best?
Polos, woven shirts, jackets, caps, and bags are ideal. Lightweight tees can pucker under dense stitching, so we will recommend the right approach for thinner fabrics.
